1.Take half teaspoon of turmeric powder and fry it dry in a dry pan,without burning it.

2.Remove the turmeric powder and add half tsp of ginger juice and half tsp of honey to it and mix it well.

3.Feed this mixture to your kid, 3 times a day for 3 to 4 days...

4.This home treatment gives relief from the cold and cough generally for mild one..If the illness is severe and persistent,consult a physician.

HOME REMEDY FOR BACK PAIN:

CAUSES FOR BACK PAIN:

Causes:

• Old age
• Lifting heavy weights
• Back injury
• Improper sitting posture
• Slipped disk

NATURAL REMEDY:

1. Garlic  can help treat a backache. Simply eat two to three cloves of garlic every morning on empty stomach. You can also massage your back with garlic oil.

 2.  To make garlic oil, heat some coconut oil, mustard oil or sesame oil on low heat and then add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic to it. Fry the garlic until it is brown. Strain the oil and let it cool to room temperature.
  3.   Massage your back gently with the oil. Leave it on for some time and then take a bath in warm water.

HOME REMEDY FOR SORE THROAT OR THROAT PAIN:

HOME REMEDY FOR SORE THROAT OR THROAT PAIN:

1.Take equal amount of dry ginger,whole black 

peppercorns,thippili (Indian long pepper).

2. Grind all the three ingredients to a fine powder.

3.Take half tsp of this powder and mix it with lukewarm milk.

4.Drink this milk with the spice mixture every night before


 going to bed till the pain exists.

REMEDY FOR COLD

HOME REMEDY FOR COMMON COLD:

1.Take a cup of fresh milk.

2.Add a pinch of turmeric powder,a pinch of pepper powder and a pinch of chukku(dry ginger powder).

3.Mix well and boil this mixture till the milk is reduced to half the amount.

4.Add sugar if needed.

5.Drink  a cup of this milk  in the morning and in  the night.

6.Continue till cold exists.
